Responsibilities
- Personal care provision: You provide warm, patient-centred care at home, from hygiene to planning and advice.
- Bike-friendly care: You cycle smoothly and safely through Brussels: mobility is part of your role.
- Communication: You communicate clearly with families and your team: good reporting and empathy are essential.
- Working independently: You plan and manage your own schedule.
- Creating closeness: You are a confidant: creating closeness is your strength.
Required
- Qualified nurse: You hold a nursing diploma. Experience in home care is an asset.
- Independent and organised: You plan and work independently, but also feel at home in a team with shared responsibilities.
- Empathetic and patient-centred: You are empathetic, exude calmness, and act from respect and humanity.
- Cycling proficient: You enjoy cycling and are willing to get around Brussels – even in less pleasant weather.
- Language proficient: You speak Dutch fluently. Knowledge of French, English, or other languages is a great advantage in our diverse city.

What we offer
- Correct compensation as a self-employed person
Depending on your rhythm and schedule, as a full-time nurse, you earn an average of between €5000 and €7000 per month. This includes additional allowances for evening or weekend care.

You choose your pace and balance. You plan your care moments yourself and maintain space for breaks, family, or side activities.
