Our last prenatal yoga class will take place on 27 July. Afterwards, we will take a short summer break to recharge.

From September we look forward to welcoming you back to the mat. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you a lovely summer!

 Pregnancy yoga offers many benefits for expectant mothers: it helps keep your body flexible and strong, reduces stress, and promotes relaxation. 

Additionally, you'll learn breathing techniques and poses that will support you both during pregnancy and throughout labor..

The classes are held on the 4th floor of our building. You can easily take the elevator to room C4.

For added flexibility, you can purchase a 10-class pass, which can be used for both pregnancy yoga and our postnatal yoga classes after your delivery
