Hatha yoga every Sunday from 17:00 to 18:30

Hatha yoga is an accessible and gentle form of yoga that brings body and mind into balance. During this class, you will work on strength, flexibility, and conscious breathing, with a focus on relaxation and being present in the moment.

The lessons help to release tension, become more in tune with your body, and relax after a busy week. 

The lesson is open to everyone, men are also welcome, regardless of experience or level.

The lesson takes place on the 4th floor of our building. You can easily take the lift and go to room C4.

For those who like to stay flexible, there is also a 10-class pass that you can use for various yoga lessons within our offering.

Come to slow down, breathe and connect, a gentle and nurturing moment for yourself to round off the week with Pauline.
