We believe that everyone deserves the best care. In order to make our services accessible to everyone, we work with the third-party payer system (*) and all our nurses are registered.
This means that we handle payments directly with your health insurance company, so you don't have to worry about anything.
At your first appointment, please ensure that you have your:

Identity card

A health insurance sticker (“vignette”)

The doctor's prescription (except for hygiene care)

Any necessary care materials such as medication, specific bandages, and disinfectants.

(*) The third‑party payment means that you only have to pay the care provider your share of the costs, while the health insurance will pay the rest of the amount directly to the care provider.
