Mama Blessing with Teresa

An alternative to the traditional baby shower is the "Mama Blessing": a ceremony designed to bless the expectant mother, giving her courage, motivation, love, and positive energy, in her honor and in preparation for the important rite of passage of childbirth.

This ceremony, inspired by the "blessingway," meaning the "path of blessing," originated from the Navajo Indians in North America.

The aim is to celebrate women, men, children, and families at every significant transition in life.

The Mama Blessing is a ceremony designed to bless the expectant mother, giving her courage, motivation, love, and positive energy, in her honor and in preparation for the important rite of passage of childbirth.

Surrounded by loved ones, the woman participates in various activities, symbolic rituals, and sharing moments that create positive energy for birth and bring about inner changes.

Benefits:

Strengthening bonds with loved ones Honoring the expectant mother Mental preparation for childbirth Saying goodbye to the woman before, surrounded by love and support Releasing blockages and fears Day of self-care Feeling loved, beautiful, supported, strong, and capable Preparation for parenthood Preparation for the postnatal period (gifts from loved ones such as food, small services, etc.)

Celebration of life and various life stages I will guide you in the organization, setup, and facilitation of the ceremony tailored to the preferences of the expectant mother. It is rare for the ceremony to be a surprise unless the person taking charge knows the expectant mother's preferences well.

On the "D" day, I will be the timekeeper, assisting in coordinating the activities chosen beforehand by the expectant mother, such as belly painting, space decoration, massage, foot bath, circle of talk, blessings, intention garland, making a flower crown, etc.

In short, we will create a personalized environment to pamper the expectant mother.
