Why a prenatal consultation with the midwife?
A prenatal consultation at Wheel of Care offers more than just medical follow-up. Our midwives support you during your pregnancy with attention to your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. During a consultation of approximately 60 minutes, we take ample time for your questions and the monitoring of your pregnancy, possibly in addition to hospital care.
Tijdens het eerste consult leggen we uit hoe we werken en openen we, als je je goed voelt bij onze aanpak, samen een dossier.
Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met je vroedvrouw, wat rust en zekerheid brengt. We ondersteunen je ook bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van je postnatale opvolging, zodat jij en je baby een warme en gedragen start krijgen.

Prices:
A portion of the consultation is reimbursed directly by your Belgian mutuality (if applicable). In addition, an extra contribution of €30 is paid directly to the midwife (cash or mobile). Money should never be a barrier to our care. Our rates are flexible: during the first consultation, you and the midwife will together determine a fair price, tailored to your situation.
In case of cancellation, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance; a cancellation fee of €30 will be charged for late cancellations.
