This beautiful ritual, inspired by the Mexican "rebozo" ritual with personal touches, is designed to deeply relax, honor, and close an important phase in your life. It is the perfect gift for yourself, especially after giving birth!

The "rebozo" is the name of the handwoven Mexican shawl that holds great significance in Mexican culture. It is used in various ways and is present throughout a Mexican woman's life as a "second skin."

This ritual aims to honor you, make you shine, and close important cycles—physically, symbolically, and energetically—such as childbirth, mourning, marriage, first menstruation, menopause, a new job, etc. My goal is to bring back awareness and kindness, to be grateful for everything you have experienced, and to bid farewell to what you no longer want to carry.

The ritual is divided into different phases:

Preparation:

First contact (free): via phone or email, we will explain the different steps of the ritual, see if it meets your needs and expectations, and address various questions, plus schedule a day to celebrate you.

Day of the ritual:

Intention: around a small herbal tea, we will get to know each other. Then, we will open the space and perform a small grounding exercise. Afterward, you will determine the intention. Why are you doing this ritual? What is your goal? This intention will be present throughout the entire session.Massage of deep relaxation and energetic closure: a full-body massage with vegetable oil to deeply relax and release. Approximately 1 hour.Warming: Bath / sauna

  • Option bath: preparation of a pot with flowers and medicinal plants, preparation of a very warm bath to generate sensory inversion, accompanied by visualization and sound therapy.

  • Option sauna: guided meditations, accompaniment for sound therapy.Closure: using the scarf, we will close various energy points from head to toe, providing both physical and energetic and emotional closure, concluding this chapter.

     

  • Note: If you are a young mother, to fully enjoy, it is recommended to have your baby taken care of during the session, if possible.
