 Qi Gong for Women in Brussels – A Gentle Self-Help Workshop Whoever feel
 s called to this workshop is warmly welcome. This two-hour Qi Gong for Wom
 en session in Brussels is designed to relax\, while also teaching a gentle
  self-help technique using movements and exercises to balance the body\, m
 ind\, female hormones\, and menstrual cycle. Qi Gong for Women\, also know
 n as Nu Zi Gong\, was specifically designed for women in a hospital for Tr
 aditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liu Ya Fei introduced this practice to the
  West and continues to conduct scientific research into its beneficial eff
 ects on female health and hormonal balance. The movements and self-massage
 s help bring the female organs and hormones into balance. Particular atten
 tion is given to mental and emotional well-being\, by gently releasing emo
 tions that may be held in the abdominal and chest area. This form of Qi Go
 ng can be practiced preventively\, or to support existing imbalances in th
 e body\, such as: fertility challenges irregular or painful menstrual cycl
 es hormonal imbalances menopausal symptoms postpartum recovery The movemen
 ts are easy to learn and accessible to all. You will also receive a handou
 t of the self-massage techniques to take home\, as a reminder for those wh

 with one another. We briefly reflect on the menstrual cycle and how Chines
