 research into its beneficial effects on female health and hormonal balance
 . The movements and self-massages help bring the female organs and hormone
 s into balance. Particular attention is given to mental and emotional well
 -being\, by gently releasing emotions that may be held in the abdominal an
 d chest area. This form of Qi Gong can be practiced preventively\, or to s
 upport existing imbalances in the body\, such as:fertility challengesirreg
