 Gong for Women in Brussels – A Gentle Self-Help Workshop Whoever feels c
 alled to this workshop is warmly welcome. This two-hour Qi Gong for Women 
 session in Brussels is designed to relax\, while also teaching a gentle se
 lf-help technique using movements and exercises to balance the body\, mind
 \, female hormones\, and menstrual cycle. Qi Gong for Women\, also known a
 s Nu Zi Gong\, was specifically designed for women in a hospital for Tradi
 tional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liu Ya Fei introduced this practice to the We
 st and continues to conduct scientific research into its beneficial effect
 s on female health and hormonal balance. The movements and self-massages h
 elp bring the female organs and hormones into balance. Particular attentio
 n is given to mental and emotional well-being\, by gently releasing emotio
 ns that may be held in the abdominal and chest area. This form of Qi Gong 
 can be practiced preventively\, or to support existing imbalances in the b
 ody\, such as: fertility challenges irregular or painful menstrual cycles 
 hormonal imbalances menopausal symptoms postpartum recovery The movements 
 are easy to learn and accessible to all. You will also receive a handout o
 f the self-massage techniques to take home\, as a reminder for those who w
 ish to continue practicing independently.During this Qi Gong for Women ses
 sion We begin together in a circle\, taking a gentle moment to connect wit
 h one another. We briefly reflect on the menstrual cycle and how Chinese M
 edicine understands certain symptoms. We then move into a more active phas
 e with Qi Gong movements that stimulate the flow of energy (Qi) and prepar
 e the body to receive the self-massages. The second part focuses on self-m
 assage of the chest and abdominal area — key techniques which\, with reg
