We use breathing and specific body postures during class to maintain a healthy mind and body.
You can expect breathing exercises, gentle stretching and strengthening movements that will increase your resilience and prepare you both physically and mentally for childbirth and beyond.
Restorative poses and guided relaxation allow you to slow down and relax.

As long as your midwife/doctor has given you the green light to stay physically active during pregnancy, prenatal yoga is ideal for all mothers-to-be.
Classes are for all trimesters. No previous yoga experience is necessary – the classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of their experience.
Yoga material is provided. You can bring your own yoga mat, blocks, belts and blanket.
