 ong for Women session in Brussels is designed to relax\, while also teachi
 ng a gentle self-help technique using movements and exercises to balance t
 he body\, mind\, female hormones\, and menstrual cycle. Qi Gong for Women\
 , also known as Nu Zi Gong\, was specifically designed for women in a hosp
 ital for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liu Ya Fei introduced this prac
 tice to the West and continues to conduct scientific research into its ben
 eficial effects on female health and hormonal balance. The movements and s
 elf-massages help bring the female organs and hormones into balance. Parti
 cular attention is given to mental and emotional well-being\, by gently re
 leasing emotions that may be held in the abdominal and chest area. This fo
 rm of Qi Gong can be practiced preventively\, or to support existing imbal
 ances in the body\, such as:fertility challengesirregular or painful menst
