 wo-hour Qi Gong for Women session in Brussels is designed to relax\, while
  also teaching a gentle self-help technique using movements and exercises 
 to balance the body\, mind\, female hormones\, and menstrual cycle. Qi Gon
 g for Women\, also known as Nu Zi Gong\, was specifically designed for wom
 en in a hospital for Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liu Ya Fei introduc
 ed this practice to the West and continues to conduct scientific research 
 into its beneficial effects on female health and hormonal balance. The mov
 ements and self-massages help bring the female organs and hormones into ba
 lance. Particular attention is given to mental and emotional well-being\, 
 by gently releasing emotions that may be held in the abdominal and chest a
 rea. This form of Qi Gong can be practiced preventively\, or to support ex
 isting imbalances in the body\, such as:fertility challengesirregular or p
