Fabric Massage and Bodily Rocking Techniques</a>\nWhy this training There
is something deeply simple about the rebozo\, and perhaps that is exactly
what makes it so powerful. A few minutes rocked\, carried\, enveloped. The
time of a breath. To be received\, to be embraced\, to feel the boundarie
s of your body without having to do anything. Allowing yourself to let go.
Trust. This tissue\, this second skin\, carries something ancient within
it. Something that knows\, even before the words come. This training teach
es you the subtlety of this fabric: its rhythms\, its listening\, its many
ways of being used. It can become a fundamental - or supplementary - part
of your practice\, whether you are a bodyworker\, midwife\, or doula. And
if you simply want to learn how to offer this care to the people you love
\, or to yourself\, then this training is also for you. What is the rebozo?
Originally from Mexico\, the rebozo is a woven shawl that has been passed
down for centuries by midwives and women from Maya communities. Its uniqu
e weaving technique makes it both sturdy and flexible\, able to adapt to a

he rebozo is a language: that of rocking\, enveloping\, supporting. Throug
h its gentle and rhythmic movements\, it invites the nervous system to rel
ax\, the body to descend\, and the mind to find peace. It is not only lear
ned with the hands - it is felt\, it is passed on\, it is lived. What you a
re going to learn? This training goes to the core. In three intensive days
\, you won't just skim over it\; you embody it. Lots of practice\, targete
d feedback\, and the time to feel for yourself before you pass it on. The
rebozo in all its dimensions. On the ground\, on a massage table\, with a
 ball\, with a chair. Weighings\, closures\, enwrapments\, support adjusted
to each body\, every moment\, every need. All life stages. Adults\, pregn
 ancy\, childbirth\, postpartum\, babies\, children — learning to [...]
